Found inside the world's smallest shopping centre.nIf you park outside you'll have to pay, the car park isn't free.nThe supermarket itself is fairly small.nThey do have a nice alcohol section, and a bakery, but the Isles are fairly small and the supermarket itself feels cramped and pokey.nA few tills running plus self serve which had a massive queue.nNot bad, but I wouldn't rush back again.nConsidering its supposed to be a top end supermarket , it doesn't feel like it.

I actually hope this feedback makes a difference because this is the third time I am complaining and I don't see results.nnI have a baby and looking at the shopping trolley plastic moulded baby seat, they are all super dusty, dirty and even mouldy, which I found absolutely unacceptable. Waitrose claims to be a very posh and high standard place to shop, but hygiene wise it has disappointed me very much, specially when it comes to my baby's health.nI communicated my concern a few times already with a few members of staff, they apologised and said they would do something about it and every time I go back the problem is still there. So I am never able to use those seats. A member of staff actually told me that they are not used much and that's why they don't clean them, which again, I find unacceptable behaviour and attitude. If those trollies are not used, they shouldn't be there, period.nnI hope you take action on Buxton store, because I am clearly not going to go back if that doesn't change.
Jolly Staff, Some Nice Food & A Very Good Wine Selection, Large Spirit Collection. Fish Friday with a 20% discount if you have a Store Card, you can also enjoy a free coffee with your shop. #Marvellous
Average supermarket. Quite expensive. Friendly staff but could do with a few more on the tills and shop floor.
