My favourite place to buy my groceries. Staff are helpful and courteous always. I never feel crowded and shoppers do not shove past me as they sometimes do in other supermarkets. I would rate them without thinking as superb.

Use the cafe regularly and always find the staff friendly and helpful. Can be hard to believe get a seat at peak times (i.e. Saturday morning) because it's so popular! The supermarket itself is always pleasant to shop in and the staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful!

It's a very new but promising store easy to get to, good disabled parking and access. It isn't very big but reasonably well stocked for its size.

We look forward to our annual post-Xmas pilgrimage to this branch whilst visiting the area because Waitrose shops are as rare as hen’s teeth up north. Hence the very long till receipt - making the most of the opportunity! This particular branch is in an unlikely location in the middle of nowhere on the outskirts of North Walsham, so we didn’t feel too conspicuous having come straight from the beach in our wellies. It’s always a pleasure to shop in Waitrose as the food and drink selection is wonderful and the staff are unfailingly pleasant and helpful. (Viz: random staff member to me on seeing my precariously balanced armful of goods - “are you okay there madam, would you like a basket?” to which I replied “no thankyou, I have a husband with a trolley somewhere”). We shall be back next December but we’d better start saving our pennies!

Superb range although above average prices. Can usually find what we need. Excellent range of beers.
