Decent Waitrose, the selection isn't as good as others especially meat and fish wise but it has a wide range of stock. Staff are always super cold though, and because they employ so many kids you are constantly waiting to be ID checked and frankly they are always arsey about it. No problems being ID checked, but they do it as if they're guardians of the world... The parking also makes sod all sense. The signs say for Waitrose customers only, but when I asked the parking enforcement fellas if it's fine to park for the marina they said yes, so make what you will of that
Fantastic supermarket, friendly and dilligent staff in a great location, perfect sized Café too, would recommend to anyone...
Called in Waitrose Northwich for a few items, & visited the cafe for beverages whilst there, & was looked after by an extremely friendly member of staff, whom my husband complimented her on her excellent service on the way out. Will certainly be going back again.
Please like this review if helpful I like this branch but access to it is slightly more difficult as it occupies a slightly raised position with steps to climb or a very gentle but long ramp. Nice store inside with efficient, clean presentable staff and in a nice location a stone's throw away from the town centre. Large car park which is free for a couple of hours.
Absolutely amazing Waitrose Great variety of the produce. Great parking and super helpful staff.
Waitrose is not my first choice of supermarkets as it tends to be quite a bit more expensive than others. However there quality is also very good so possibly the saying "You get what you pay for"? It certainly had everything that I needed.
Waitrose offers a high quality products,good options for everyone,various price ranges depending on quality.I love their organic vegetables like celery which are not to be found in other supermarkets.Also they offer pure english honey with royal jelly which is extremely delicious and worldwide foods,like Belgian waffles,Pistachio ice cream etc.Many lovely items you wouldn’t find anywhere else.
We really like this Waitrose as it has plenty of parking which is right next to the narrow boat marina if you fancy a look after shopping. We went there today to buy a couple of ready meals which are good quality, also some yummy bread from the small bakery department. The store is well laid out and spacious. Bonus my wife's wine had 25% off so had to buy a case, as extra 5% if you buy 6.
Had to wait a bit whilst others were served in front of me. There was a substitution in my online order. It was a £4 item that was replaced with a totally inadequate £1 item which I declined for a refund. However they have only refunded the £1 and I'm £3 down. Not sure how this went wrong but unhappy with the experience. Currently awaiting a suitable response from customer services.
Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was there was a coffee and cake deal in the cafe, with a choice of 3 cakes being advertised, but none of the cakes were available. It was not late in the day, so please provide enough cakes to make the offer available all day. At worst remove the sign detailing the offer!
