Friendly polite staff Arrived 07,30 for 08.00 tip allocated 1 of 2 bays for containers got a bay straight away and they started tipping excellent
Absolute joke of a place. Sitting waiting one and half hours and not even started tipping. Another day they tipped me then all went off for break and left me on a red light with an empty trailer. This place is just so poor words cannot explain it. Hauliers should stop delivering here so the management gets the picture. They should get fined then the whole place would have a shake up.
Truck drivers think they can jump the que ,when other drivers have been in before them waiting for there bay , first time for me here ,i did get a quick tip.
Strange place. Tipped in 25 minutes on chilled but it was midnight on a Saturday. I'd imagine weekday daytimes it's one to avoid. One star is for the tip time and the other for the shunter who directed me what bay to go on. The rest I encountered were arrogant, odd folk. Look out for the shunter who shouts at himself. Not a patch on Wakefield. Hopefully never to return.
If you delivery potatoes you will need wait fro 1h to 3h depending how many lorries waiting in the queue That take break

I was delivering goods to this site and was booked in at 07:40. I eventually got tipped at 09:40. Communication was zero as to what the hold up was. The experience has put my day on the back foot. Disappointed.
One thing that should not happen on a massive site like this. No forklift to offload trucks when on a break. Why in this massive site there ain't a forklift swap. So when One is on a break the delivery is still being offloaded. And another thing. As your waiting to pull into the unloading area. And then waiting for paperwork. No Toilets unless you like a walk. Not good. Some drivers drive a long way to get here.. Not a Driver friendly place...
Shunter is a big man child. Driver toilets are an absolute disgrace. Better toilets in prison.
Quick tip, takes longer to get in and back out than it does to tip.
