Shuts too early, in a rush to get you out at 8, deli shuts at 7 will not get cheese out of deli and not a good selection on shelfs. Needs a shake up slow staff on tills
Good selection of quality produce, the staff always friendly and polite. Nothing too much trouble.
My partner and I use Waitrose for odds and ends that we usually forget from our big shop as it is very close to where we live. This evening we popped in just to grab some desert and a bottle of wine for the evening. I was outraged how the security guard followed us round the entire shop as we were browsing. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a supermarket in my entire life! Very unprofessional and judgemental. It has really put me off using the shop again.
Nice friendly shop. Quality produce and always a few bargains. Good fresh fish counter too.
The shopping experience at this store is excellent. However, Waitrose, please upgrade the toilet facilities.
Always quality goods and amazingly kindly partners.l want to hold a party for them on my narrowboat moored on the lovely canal nearby. Top drawer.

Still being kept free of riff raff by Sainsbury's. Still great although will never be the cheapest place to get stuff
Always get what you need and it's fresh. They reduce items frequently which is nice if your a casual shopper like me going in for bread olives and dinner. Staff are always nice and the selection of fresh food is great. I don't shop here for staples or cupboard food so I can't comment on that
first time I been lovely place to shop
