Waitrose is my favourite supermarket. I like this one, particularly because it has a covered car park. The staff are very knowledgeable. Very helpful. Always polite and always willing to go the extra mile or two. Nothing seems too much trouble for them. Not a grumpy person in sight. The goods are always well displayed and you can always find something special at waitrose.nWaitrose is definitely a cut above the rest.
Nice and clean market in the area, extensive parking areas.
I had a very frightening panic attack today in Waitrose. The staff were amazing and supportive, without making a scene. The cashier bagged up and sorted payment, while the first aider helped me and talked to me in the toilets. He made sure I made it out quickly.nI can only thank the staff and apologies for freaking out. You were caring and supportive.nHe even commented that he had no training in panic attacks, but still just stayed and talked to me.
Lovely store. Staff are helpful. Only went in for essentials, first time here. Going back. Price of their own goods are same as normal supermarket!
