A smaller sized Sainsburys in the Arndale centre. Plenty of options to suit most peoples needs. Normal tills with self service ones at the side. Good to grab the odd bit for lunch or dinner. Needs a bit of a freshen up with all the new buildings being added onto the Arndale.

I'm a regular shopper here, as my nectar card and debit card will prove. The staff are always friendly and lovely. However, for many items there are empty shelves. I don't expect sunflower oil and mixed herbs to be out of stock on a regular basis. Skimmed milk is regularly out of stock too. The green grocery department is run very well though, fresh and full as is the toiletries and household stock. Frozen foods is disappointing.

Very convenient for town centre as forms part of Arndale centre which has its own car park .The shop is at ground floor level so a lift is not needed although there is a lift in the Arndale Centre itself to the car park. This Sainsbury's had a wide variety of goods . It is smaller than the Sainsbury's on Cross Levels Way which also stocks clothes and electrical goods The town centre branch meets all general needs .

It is the first grocery I went since I arrived in Eastbourne, but I thought a good place. I did a good buy.

Its good location for townies. I however often struggle to get to it in time as I am always back from work that little bit too late to use it. Will the changes to the arndale incorporate later opening times? It is good store and the staff are always helpful if I ask for some help.
