Regularly I find what I am looking for that I can't find in other supermarkets.nToday, Christmas Eve,Eve. I collected my Christmas food order. The process was slick and well organised. All of the staff that I interacted with were friendly.nIts the 1st time that I have done an order of this size for such an occasion,nThe process was great. The order is beautifully packaged .nThe app , updates and Little Treats are fab.nI am so pleased !nThankyou.
I just wanted to say thank you to the staff in store on morning of the 2nd sept. I turned up to collect an order for a pre funeral lunch - unfortunately my husband had sent it to our local Waitrose in w.sussex!nHowever, their help and support was brilliant sorry, I can’t remember the names of the staff involved . Once we had the order number, they worked out what had been ordered and we were able to more or less replicate that with items off the shelf.nnThey were so kind in what could have been a stressful situation - it was really appreciated.nThank you again.nXx

Lovely clean and well stocked, the staff are very friendly and as you go around the shop they all have time to acknowledge you and help if needed..nSuch delicious fresh cakes to tempt you
