Has a sign that says “cannot process card transactions today.” Came back the next day still not able to process card transactions. Talked to one of the associates. They said it is estimated to be down the next 4 days. Maybe include that estimate on the sign so the patrons have a more realistic estimate instead of just “today”.
Love the management and staff. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. My family and I visit often to get our American treats.
Due to how DECA sources many of its perishables, I recommend shopping for produce and bread outside of base. Because this is a given for many of its overseas locations, I won't hold it against this one too heavily. Otherwise this Commissary is pretty good given it's location and size. Options are surprisingly plentiful and are updated frequently. Staff are professional and are absolutely smashing once you become a familiar face.
Small commissary but the manager is great and goes out of his way to know his customers and get them what they want.
For a small commissary it gets the job done!
