Although the cafe has recently been updated to bring it in line with the corporate image, the improvements are positive. There is more seating and in my opinion the cafe feels much more spacious. The space is clean and tidy with good service As for the store itself it is bigger than our local store with a wide range of products. Of particular note is the drinks section which is well stocked with a good range of whiskies.
I had the most wonderful experience today. I told a partner that my water was still off following the rapid thaw. A little later, whilst shopping, I was presented with a bunch of flowers, by the same partner. It was so touching, how exceptional. I love Waitrose Crowborough.xx
Great place to shop. Disappointed with the lack of vegetarian quorn slice choice,as only 2 vegan version on sale here.
Had some good discount coupons sent through so last few weeks saved £48. Always pleasant helpful staff and good range of food. Do use the other supermarkets but depends who is giving best deal.
Always excellent clean and extremely helpful staff, always high quality products. Waitrose products are far higher quality than other similar product brands. SI would recommend if similar products chose the Waitrose products. Less expensive but higher quality.
The parking is great and offers alot of spaces which I really like and this place has wheelchair access. I visited the cafe and the tables were spotless! The prices was reasonable but they aren't that many things to choose from. You can toast the sandwiches or just keep them cold I recommended toasted.. The staff were nice to us. Would come again for brunch since everything was pretty good.
Superb upgrade. Well laid out, seems a larger space than before as well as quieter. Charming and helpful staff. A great range of quality products. Must be one of the best supermarkets in the region. A pleasure to shop there- well done Waitrose
Haven't been here for a long time. Had coffee and cake in the cafe. Very nice, impressed with the layout, much better than before shop was well stocked, seemed more selection, but remains spacious will be going there more often in future.
This is our favorite grocery store in Crowborough. It is very clean, the aisles are well laid out, brightly lit and full of Waitrose brand yummies. The wine aisle is full of good deals too!
They've refurbished this store and it's much better. It now offers more products , including high end quality meat such as a range of dry aged beef. Parking is always available and it's close to the centre.
