Excellent staff at this Waitrose branch. During my 1st visit to familiarise with layout using my wheelchair; staff were pleasant, helpful & there's an upbeat positive vibe, no matter which area of the store you require. Thank you, greatly appreciated your staff.
The store it's self is excellent. Customer service is excellent. The range of products & produce on sale is excellent too. The down side is not Waitrose it's self but the parking situation. It's horrendous. People seem incapable or just don't care when it comes to parking. On top of this you have blue badge holders parking in the children parking bays. I confronted one such driver last week & I was told they will park where they want when they want. Apparently having a child is my problem & not there's. Lovely. So if visiting the store just be prepared.
Big fan of Waitrose in general. A few things I like, the egg custard tarts, skipjack tuna chunks. Some things that frustrate me: No seed oil free Mayonnaise options at all! Also only one option for crisps cooked without seed oils. You'd think from an upper market supermarket they'd have more healthy options rather than toxic seed oils in every damn product.
Clean and well laid out store. Cheaper than expected, not so middle class anymore. Will be missed when it goes. Thanks Croyden Council.
This is the second time I have been involved in accepting a home delivery and I must say that the male partner was exceptional. He remembered me and was so polite and helpful. What an absolutely fantastic experience. I live in France and the supermarket here could learn an awful lot from t Waitrose
Best supermarket in Gosport by a country mile! Friendly staff,good produce and most importantly exceptional value for money. Never understood the ethos behind Aldi/Lidl and their target market. Like with anything in life you get what you pay for.
What can I say, it's Waitrose...or as my late mum would say....WaitrosES. Lovely food.
A smallish Waitrose so not full selection of goods but sufficient. Staff friendly .
Really lovely store to walk around. Everything clean and lots in stock. Good prices and lovely staff.
