Good option for a fresh and speedy lunch
Health food at a premium price. Sure it's macro friendly but it's taste poor. Most people could put together similar food at a fraction of the cost. That said, always seems busy. Better healthy options available in town.
A cool place. Healthy ingredients. Only thing stopping me award 5 stars is that i think the portion sizes for the box meals could be a little larger. The boxes dont need to be bigger- just be more generous filling them!. Nice place to sit outside weather permitting
I ordered a 6 egg-white omelette and it was tiny - a quarter of the size of my companion's 6 full-egg omelette. There's nothing worse than being disappointed with a meal. Taste was only okay, way too heavy on the pepper. For the price 8.40 I'd go pretty much anywhere else in Spinningfields for breakfast.
