Cheap quality for cheap prices. Their beef slices were rubbery and seemed to have been sliced with a blunt jagged survival knife. Most dishes were passable as "Japanese", but the tempura sauce wasn't. The service staff seemed to want to be nice, but was mostly unsuccessful. Maybe they need a little more training in customer service. One guy "Sulayman" was pleasant enough to assist us with some of our requests.

I received less change than I was supposed to get and upon questioning the man in charge of the till he began yelling at me causing me to agree with the change as I felt embarrassed. Such behaviour is appalling I refuse to accept that not only was I deceived but shouted at for asking a simple question. Customer service is definitely a problem in this establishment; employees generally look unhappy.

Surprised to find today after a bit of an absence that service has dropped even further. Despite being the third table seated, and getting our order in very quickly, some of our items failed to arrive. We gave them quite a while as it was busy, but finally raised it with a member of staff. And then another member of staff, who apologised and said it was being corrected. And then considerable time later, another member of staff came back with our order list to check again what was missing (we'd already said). On top of that the usual uncanny ability to deliver food to the table without even a single glance or eye contact with customers. Some of the food was still decent, but fried items were soggy and undercooked. It's also turned into more of a creche than it ever was before, have no problem with family-friendly restaurants but here, there are a LOT of very young children who nearly all seem to be allowed to run riot by parents -- climbing furniture, running around and good grief, the noise level. Definitely one to cross of the list.

Great value and amazing quality! Really enjoy eating here, the staff are lovely too.
