We have visited this Wacky Warehouse on quite a few occasions and always had a lovely time. Today we had my daughter's birthday here and had such a great party. We were so well looked after by Hayley and Charlotte who were fantastic with the children - nothing was too much trouble. Thank you both so much!!
Ideal for children to let off steam climbing on the soft play. Set up for under 5 and then over 5 but not over 4' 9". Suggest you get there early though as it gets mad when crowds arrive. £5 per child so not cheap when they will want a drink and may be something to eat too. Tea or coffee and a cake £2.99.
Food was mediocre at best and considering they were very quiet the service wasn't great. Not sure if they've had a complete change of staff but it has definitely got worse. Won't rush to go back.
Nice day thought I would take advantage of a quick pint. Went in around 2:15 one person behind the bar no punters at the bar waiting to be served. The barmaid moved towards me and just as I was about to ask for a pint - one only - she said , “I’ll be with you in a minute. “ Fair enough I thought. Well after a fairly uncomfortable five plus minutes and absolutely no visibility of being served, I thought to myself this person is incapable of multi-tasking? Passing by several times in a dogged pursuit of fulfilling her screen task! The bar was not even busy!! I can only describe this An Unbelievably sad and deficient service level. I decided that my best course of action was to leave as there are places that want my business but it is a sad indictment of tunnel vision service and probably poor training. Take a leaf from an American bar- tender, full bar, no queues and anticipation of customer requirements. What more could you want - Service please!

We had a brilliant experience today at Wacky Warehouse 2 Steeples where we held a party for our daughter’s 6th birthday. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff - they were friendly, helpful and flexible. Big thanks to Lockie who went above and beyond. The kids had a great time - we would definitely recommend.
Just had birthday party for my daughter the staff did not know that we were coming so had nothing sorted. Issue with system we were told. The chap who is new bless him did everything he could to compensate for the error which was not his fault. Many thanks for assisting us even though the online booking does not work correctly. Part refund was given for the error and he was very helpful.
We’ve been here a handful of times now and luckily for us we’ve been greeted and served by a lovely guy called Nicky. He is an absolute asset to this company, friendly, informative, hardworking and also really great with the kids who come here to play. The soft play is clean, big enough to wear the kids out yet small enough to keep eyes on them at all times. Food and drink is spot on and decent value - so are the play passes by the way. Free Parking and Access via a lift for those who need it too
Had a lovely couple of hours here with my children. Lovely atmosphere the visit was made even better by our server Lachie he couldn’t have done more for us. Will definitely visit again
Staff very friendly apart from that . Coffee machine and fridge both been broken since beginning of June. Air con leaking all over the place and it's filthy. Very understaffed
