Turned away rudely by the man at the desk. Spoke to us as if we should have known beforehand there was a kids party on, even though there were clearly many tables available at the time. In future please leave a notice at the door as not to disappoint small children like ours have been this morning. We normally have great service here so very disappointed by this experience and the way we were spoken to.
I had my daughters 4th birthday here this weekend and it was fantastic, Kirsten and co worker I didn’t catch her name was brilliant and went above and beyond for all the children to have a good time, food was great! 10/10 expecialy for customer service! the gentleman who booked the party originally was fantastic to, made it super easy and straight forward! Thank you all
Good little place but last visit the under 5 section was closed and not cordoned off very well so my 2 year old kept trying to get in.
Service was a little slow. Food was nice but could do with being hotter. Kids enjoyed the soft playService: 3/5
This is how they left my boys birthday cake... they cut the whole cake up and made a right mess of it. My boy was very upset and I am now going to make him another cake! I think I should have cut it up myself!
What a feast - I am truely stuffed - I had the rib and chicken combo - absolutely fantastic food. Staff there couldn't have been any nicer if they tried - what a great dining experience. Thank you

Visited with the kids as they had a good Easter menu for the whole family. Kids liked the booths with children's program. The food was hot and tasty. My daughter's meal was small for a large children's meal so we spoke to the server and she had another portion added. Very good customer service. We will definitely be back again.
The wacky warehouse has small seating and is noisy but these places always are. The food is typical pub grub but is very nice. As pictured is the challenge burger and tasted great. Just wish I could have ate it all. The desserts for kids are great to and large portions around.
Alright food and great play area for young children. You can order food to the play area when not too full. Quiet meal for the adults and great time out for the kids. £5 entry per child ..worth spending in my opinion!
