Let me down hugely. Took a day off work for an engineer to come between 12.00 and 2pm and I get a voicemail cancelling it at 6 minutes to 12.00
Absolutely no remorse from the lady on the phone, and when I complained and told her it was unacceptable, she said ok, go back to your manufacturer then I’m cancelling the order. 
I understand it’s minus 7 tonight so everyone has probably been giving her grief all day, but I feel she took it out on me. So myself and my 4 year old daughter are now stuckwithout heating or hot water on the coldest day of the year. 
They were polite and reliable when my boiler went down last time, but it was a warmer time of the year and I guess they were quieter and needed the business then.
