W Nodes are wonderful on so many fronts. After losing our mum they gently guided us through what happens when & what we need to do re the inevitable admin e.g the registration of the death etc. They provided a complete end to end service & helped make mum's service the celebration of her life she wanted it to be. Joan & Bruce are wonderfully empathetic and we felt that nothing would pass them by . They worked closely with the celebrant & kept us updated about everything you would expect and some areas you may not have thought of. We can't thank them enough for helping us through this
