Came across this funeral director completely by accident and glad that we did. Read the reviews and was surprised...there are only 5-star and 1-star ratings. But what you have to realise is that all those who actually used their services have given them 5-stars. Look beyond the no nonsense manner of Catherine and you will really get a good service. Noth Catherine and Roy are lovely and they got things sorted quickly. They took care of my mum's funeral and it couldn't have gone smoother. Everything was straight forward and on the day Roy was so supportive and reassuring. We are so glad we went with Brooks, would recommend them and wish Roy and Catherine all the very best.

Catherine, Roy and their team did my Father proud. Catherine was very upfront and straight to deal with and Roy directed the service with respect and empathy. We can't thank them enough for making what was a difficult time much easier to deal with. It might sound strange but I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much Brooks.

I can recommend them 110%, roy and Catherine where professional. thru out the process. The service was well read with the up most respect. Appreciated.

So rude on the phone. I could not believe it. At such a sensitive time too. Would never use them in a million years. They are very reluctant to give information. I would not want them to collect my mum. I would not trust them.
