For such a large park, the facilities are terrible. We live a 5 minute walk from vulcans park but despite this we usually get in the car and drive to a different one.

This is a fantastic town centre park well maintained with great grounds work. It makes me sad Whitehaven has let it's parks decline so much.

Always enjoy a walk through the park BUT i think its time the council put a dog wardern in there to catch the people THAT DONT CLEAN THERE DOGS MESS UP !!
