I went to watch micheal Jackson on the 10th at around 6:00pm and the service was above and beyond. We got a Ben and jerrys milkshake which she gave us the left over so we had extra . My friend accidentally dropped the nachos and the staff were amazing and made her some new ones. The service was incredible thank you.
Seats, floor and side tables clearly not cleaned to an acceptable standard for a paying customer. £15.50 for 2 soft drimks and served by staff giving no information as to where you get your drink from. Void when asked. Shame as it looks good but certainly doesn't deliver.
I don’t normally leave reviews, but I come to this cinema atleast twice a month but most 3 times a month, it is always a smooth experience with friendly staff all around.nnToday I wanted to leave a 5 star review for Chery, I apologise if spelt wrong. Due to no fault of my own I had problems with my tickets. The service Chery had provided to me and all the help was outstanding, I will forever continue coming to this cinema.nnThank you all for always providing a great experience, but a special thanks to Chery for the amazing customer service tonight woth my tickets and popcorn, I am very appreciative and hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
