It's a nice modern cinema, refurbished with reclining seats, but not great for tall people! It is expensive compared to other cinemas; unfortunately, there is no season ticket like other chains. I wouldn't dare to buy food or drink here, I'd need another mortgage. But if it's a good screening you're after, this is it.
The manager donna at Vue in Westwood Cross provided absolutely disgraceful service. Not only did she fail to apologize for the Tango Ice Blasts not working, but she didn’t even have the basic decency to make eye contact or acknowledge us. When we tried to bring it to her attention and politely suggested that a sign be put up to inform other customers, she outright ignored us. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, making it clear that customer service was not a priority. In a nutshell, I’m absolutely disgusted by the experience and will not be returning to this Vue again!! Also will be reporting to vue via email!
Great experience, comfy seats. Great value using Priority app for Virgin and O2 customers.nnFood & drink expensive. Queues really slow.....waited over 5 minutes for only one person on front, then when it was our turn to be aerved I tries to pay in cash and she said I had to go to a different very long queue. No signs to indicate card only.nnOnce we got out of cinema, carrying our rubbish there were no bins in sight in the cinema. Should have just left the rubbish in the seats like everyone else did. Why no bins?????
Wonderful experience this afternoon .friendly and helpful staff. Reclining chairs what comfort! Clean and welcoming environment,very modern Watched wicked loved it! Fabulous time at Vue Westwood!
Made a horrendous mistake booking wrong date! Human error! But DONNA manager went above and beyond that a thank you cant thank enough!! Top class asset too the company! Well done you
