A very nice cinema by Vue in Thanet, easy booking system online, went straight into the Screen with the QR Code. Went to see Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes. All seats are recliners which is one of the best features and the amount of space there is between each row. Ample space to walk even when the seats are in recline.nPlenty of parking at the cinema or through Westwood Cross shopping area. A comfortable cinema and good prices, not too expensive. Will definitely visit again - Recommend!
My wife and I came here to watch Oppenheimer in Screen 6. We had seats F9 and F10 which were in a perfect position. The seats were clean, comfortable and reclined well. The picture and sound were great BUT the air conditioning was not working or non existent - which left us very hot after 3 hours in a full cinema. I did mention it to the staff who said they would investigate. Other than that, great price, great picture, great sound, great seats!
Was a busy evening queued for 20 minutes for it to get to me then the young boy behind the counter said that he’s shut the till and to go to another. Baring in mind we queued for ages to then have to queue in another. Need working on their customer service. Also had to ask the staff to turn the lights off as they didn’t do it when the film started. Feels very unorganised with staff not having a clue.

Happy with my experience. Credit to Sky Cinema making it easier to visit the cinema again. It was nice having a weekday afternoon slot as there was only one other couple.nnNext time I'm bringing my own food as for 2 x drinks and 2 x regular popcorn it came to £18.
