Good always an amazing experience when coming here, good films and very helpful friendly staff. I accidentally one time booked for the day before same time, but staff had no issue in giving me a refund as there were no seats available for the correct date. Instead I got a refund which they had no obligation to do the staff are just kind and not corporate robots. I ended up booking another ticket for another film was a good day.nOne small thing though… unless ur very wealthy the nachos and salsa is a rip off, if you want nachos and salsa dip just go to the aldi or tesco and get it for under £2 rather than the £8 for a handful of nachos and salsa dip. Other than that absolutely no issue the best memories i’ve had are in this cinema I’ve been going here for 6 years when going out with friends or going on a date or just on my own.
Me and my 3 year old go pretty often, and we both really enjoy the children 3.99 films.nnOne time the film projector broke, so the film got cancelled but I didn’t check my email in time to know. So we still showed up and had just bought a popcorn meal. Then they notified us that the film was canceled. My son was gutted. But the really lovely manager Chris gave us a refund for both tickets . He was truly so helpful and kind. Vue is lucky to have him as a manager!
The best thing about this cinema is the comfy seats. Ticket prices reasonable. Popcorn priced as expected.nThe real gripe is the cleanliness or lack of. There was popcorn and straws all over the entrance floor.nWhen I was eating my popcorn during the film I dropped a piece down the side of the chair. I put my hand in to retrieve it and found about a weeks worth of other people's missing popcorn as well. The toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned all day either. Could do better.
The biggest issue with this cinema shop is the complete lack of transparency. There is no price list and no visible product menu at all, so you’re expected to order without knowing what’s actually being offered or how much it costs. You basically have to guess.nOnly at the till do you discover the shockingly high prices, when it’s already awkward to back out. This feels unfair and deliberately misleading. Customers should be able to see what products are available and their prices upfront, especially in a cinema where people are already paying premium ticket prices.nUntil they clearly display prices and a proper product list, I can’t recommend buying anything here.
Great cinema You can get really cheap offer on Meerkat promo. Two tickets for 7.99?! what !nFood and drink is super expensive so we always bring our own plenty of parking around. Nandos next door so you can have a dinner before. Perfection
