At the Granville Theatre we offer the latest film releases on our big cinema screens with Dolby 7.1 Surround Sound, a programme of professional and amateur stage productions and a range of theatre classes/workshops for children.

Unless stated otherwise our Cinema Tickets are £4 and due to the large seating available booking in advance is not necessary.

Tickets for Theatre events may be booked in person or over the phone during our opening hours. A £1 booking fee applies per transaction regardless of payment method.

The owners have done an amazing job of refurbing the theatre. It's a massive success story and most of the performances are sold out. West end quality apparently from the many I've spoken to. The one performance I saw was incredible.nnGood place for a drink along the front too... reasonable.

This is now a theatre.nI went to see Regency end of season production.nWas excellent, as always.nI thoroughly enjoyed it.nOnly problem I find is the need for more toilets, as there is always a long queue  during the interval and didn't want to miss anything of the show.

A nice theatre on the sea front in Ramsgate, located above the entrance to the caves.nIt has a nice, modern, airy feel to it and sightlines are great througout. The sound system was excellent.nMy only criticism would be that, when the house is full, it can take quite a while to exit at the end of a show - this is minor compared to the joy of the performance.

We went to The  Listen to the Music , ABBA tribute.  They were fantastic. It was a shame that the Granville did not have rules in place. It was a seated booking, but they allowed anyone to stand and this stopped my mother and people that could not stand from   seeing most of the show. We love to see people enjoy it and they can dance in the side areas. Also someone was throwing toilet roll all over people. The Granville need to look at this and some rules put in place. We loved the show and would love to see more but this could spoil it for some.

What a fabulous addition to the community! Great programming, super friendly staff and reasonable ticket prices! We’re practically coming to something every week! X
