Great customer service and great value. I shipped from UK to Ireland and everything went to plan. The boxes are strong and sturdy and the response time from Voovit customer service is almost instant. They have the process from start to finish well documented making it easy for the end user. Highly recommend and will use again.

Just moved to Germany and used Voovit to ship a couple of boxes. Could not fault their service at every stage  The process was easy and they were on hand to help with issues I had at my delivery address.  My boxes arrived very quickly and by helpful couriers with everything intact. Will be using them again for sure

Great customer service from Julie , very helpful and answered all my queries brilliantly . I shipped from London to Ireland and everything went very well. The boxes are good quality and were delivered to me to pack my shipment. From start to finish everything was very well documented and could be tracked. Shipment was delivered within 2 days and could be tracked at all times. Highly recommend to those who looking for reliable , efficient and safe cargo service.

Voovit provided a fast and cost effective solution for shipping my box to Europe. The overall time was about 10-11 days, and the box arrived in relatively good condition a few minor scuffs on the box from handling. The key is to order boxes well in advance and make an itinerary of your items. After the box is collected, it's out of your hands, and all there is left is to wait for it. Good service overall.

I paid a deposit of £20 for 9 boxes. I requested a refund within 24 hours because the lady in Customer Services was asking me for an additional £45 for unused boxes boxes I paid in previous occasions but I haven't shipped with them. I never got the refund nor the boxes. I'm glad they are closing down because in a competitive world they couldn't survive. They are very expensive. The boxes are great quality though.
