went out of their way to give me a completely avoidable default after never having missed a payment, underhand and nasty, a horrendous company to deal with, do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs, one star is too generous

Provided me with a 'dud' VW polo, after numerous problems from day one, clutch was replaced after 6,000miles. VWFS simply washed their hands of the situation. Terrible service, do not make an agreement with these thieves.

Terrible 20-30 minutes before they answer the phone and not  once but in all 4 of the occasion I had the misfortune to have to communicate with them 
NOT good enough

If I could give 0 stars I would, awful company with awful customer service. Changed DD details, didn't do it, then got charged an overdraft fee and would do nothing to help, will not be purchasing my next lease vehicle through them now due to this.
