Place is run by criminals . Used to work there. Recorded them saying they consider bonus payments are more important than customers . Such a shame as they are good cars. Salary was pathetic

There should be a no star option! I rejected my car 8-12 weeks ago, Rachel Barrett who "investigated" my case took several weeks to look at my complaint to come back to me and advise me I have done many miles on the vehicle and I will be charged (trying to scare me?), she obviously didn't take my complaint seriously and fully investigate how many times the vehicle went in for warranty repairs, gearbox, turbo and rear differential axle has been replaced on a  brand new car, the car has been in for warranty repairs over 8 times! Rachel Barrett is rude, unprofessional and I would advise all customers to get another colleague to look at any cases she is dealing with! The case is now with Financial Ombudsman Service who has come to a conclusion that I should be entitled to a refund! I will never come back to Mercedes ever again as this is the second time they have provided me with a vehicle which is  unsatisfactory!

Some say, The biggest luxury today is time. Making customer waiting on the customer line for over 30 minutes (several times) and then disconnecting the call without answering it is unacceptable. Shame on you!!!

You can never get through to them to speak to a human. Would never use again. Worst experience ever.

Very poor customer service and hopeless customer relations. Returned my car after 3 years and it passed the inspection at the Mercedes garage (I was present for the examination). However a few weeks later I received an invoice from Mercedes Benz Finance for £340 for damage to car. No explanation about what damage. I had to contact them to find out. Excessive damage to wheel hubs was claimed in spite of the inspection I had witnessed where the lady was happy that the scuff marks were normal wear and tear. 
The De-fleet complaints manager (how many complaints do they get if they need a manager for them?) has been very slow to deal with my concerns, has been totally dismissive and no apology for the way I have been treated. I have been a loyal Mercedes customer for many years but will not be staying with them as BMW seems to have better customer relations. I will be writing to the CEO to let him know how poorly I have been treated but doubt it will make any difference. And all this upset for what must be a drop in the ocean to such a large company.  Shameful and very disappointing.
