Most ridiculous and terrific service. I have been waiting for the last 40 min. No one even bothers. 2 more customers no one caring. Absolutely shocking
Don't deserve any rating. Save yourself a lot of hassle and go elsewhere. The waste of oxygen i spoke to was too lazy to even speak properly. Tried to get me to pay for a repair when I was already insured. The whole vodafone service has been useless. A total rip off.
Out of the many Vodafone stores that I have dealt with over the past several years, this one was a disappointment. Customer handing and support is way below par. Better site supervision can definitely help.
Can't deal with any existing customers queries instore, will only speak to you if you want to upgrade or add something to your existing package, was told I'd have to ring up. Told them I'd tried that and couldn't get through to a human being, was told to ask for complaints to reach a human. After weeks of trying to get through to a person I paid off my contract in full and now 6 months later have been sent a debt collection agency bill despite being told I'd paid everything off. Now have a black mark against my credit score thanks to these absolute idiots. AVOID.
Staff are professional enough. They listen well and try their best to help. I ended up making my order online due to logistic barriers.
Mr Alex attended to us and the customers service and knowledge of Vodafone package was excellent. 5 Star Overall Service Level.
They kept me waiting for about 30 minutes and nobody else showed up to attend to me so I had to leave. I sat down beside the new iPhone 15 models which were chained to the table, funny enough a female attendant came to remove ALL the models like I was going to steal them. I went in to inquire about Broadband services and got an experience almost bothering on racism in my opinion. Never going back. Will never use their service willingly. If I see an advert I'll pay to skip it. And if I get a chance to work for that organization I'll fix things.
I am with Vodafone since the time I came to UK. They are extremely good. I took my iPhone from them few months back . The staff is so helpful. They will sit down with you and patiently explain the contract . Staff is always ready to address any query we have. So far the service has been flawless. Great work guys

The worse internet ever in Newcastle i am really surprised, honestly it was good from 2019 till 2022 but 2023 everything have changed and there is no service and poor signal almost everywhere in the centre. I do not recommended anyone to have a contract with them as you will be paying for nothing only poor signal.
