I asked the manager to point me In the direction of a charger for my iPhone an SE. He sold me a 4s charger and then was obnoxious and only offered to part refund it as it was taken out of packaging. Wouldn’t touch this overpriced shop with a barge pole- even if it is seemingly convenient!
Always like to browse in here. If your after a bargain its worth going to the back of the store to check the clearance section. Its to the left as you go in
Staff as much use as a poke in the eye with a big stick! Sales advisor extremely rude, was hoping to buy a product but when i asked the difference between 2 similar products I was told the colour of the box! He must have thought i was colour blind!
Generally expensive but decent quality gadget, audio and electronics shop. Can sometimes get a great deal on offers.
Friendly staff but prices are a little high, there are better deals to be found elsewhere. The one advantage it has over the competition is that they stock lots of accessories for Audio, PC spares and Arduino and Raspberry Pi builds.
Unfriendly staff accused me of shop lifting and when I proved them wrong I did not get an apology team member James and manager darren edwards. Main maplin office has been notified. Definitely WILL NOT be using this store again.
Good selection of products but can be quite a bit more expensive than what you can find online.
Great selection of electronics. Good for odd little cable or adapter too.
Very good staff, very friendly, just lacks parking facilities.
