Go to Phone Care on new street if you want to fix your phone. Far better on price and the people are far more helpful and far more adept.

Very rude woman working here. had to ring vodafone customer service while i was in the shop and they wanted to speak with her and she would not listen to them either and told them, it was not a vodafone direct store. I doubt vodafone would put however many hundreds of thousands into building a store that wasnt 'a direct vodafone store'. Being told by 4 customer service members to go into store to make it easier for me, did not make it easier. I recommend calling customer service or paying for a bus to Tralee if you have any problems.
