The best açaí in London hands down. I used to go to Viva açaí when they opened years ago and they kept their standards and taste so I was happy to go back there. The taste and flavor of their açaí bowls is the closets to the original in Brazil that you’ll find in London.
Really lovely lady. Like others have said if you’re in a rush this might not be the place for you as it is made to order, but if you have 5-10 minutes it’s made fresh and the woman there is very enthusiastic and takes pride in what she does. It’s unbelievably delicious and I’m happy to have started being a regular here. Really worth it.
I was a tourist in distress having lost my travel bag in the shopping arcade. After being fobbed off by other retailers in the mall, the owner at Viva Acai stopped what she was doing to help me track down my bag, making a few phone calls to security etc. She was genuinely concerned and I got my bag back. She made me a refreshing Vitamin C juice while I was waiting. We had a great chat and it was a wonderful experience. A great human making a quality product.
Really good acai bowls. The woman that works there is very passionate and will tell you about the produce which was very sweet. Amazing healthy snack for a day in London
This bowl was £10.05 and took 20 minutes to make as the lady spent 15 minutes washing up the mixer. The portion of toppings was quite disappointing.
Best açai bowls I've ever had! They are delicious and the toppings are extremely flavorful, only top quality ingredients. The owner is extremely friendly and sweet! If you are looking for a good açai bowl in London, this one is worth the trip to South Ken, 10/10!
My partner and I go here every year on our anniversary after having been on our first date! I can honestly say it is one of the best experiences of customer service I have had- The woman who works here is lovely very chatty as some of the other reviews have stated; but in the warmest of ways! It might take 15 minutes to get your acai but meeting a real person who takes pride in what they do is few and far between in London. Each time we go we leave with a smile on our faces and hands holding the best acai bowls around!! I could not recommend more highly! :
The best acai in London, Pure, Fresh without guaraná and sugar mixture. Acai is healthy and full of antioxidants but most places in London are unfortunately not good and pure as this one
Travelled an hour because it said it was open when I arrived it was clearly shut completely empty, the shop looks like it’s completely gone no tables chairs or anything inside..
I have to say this was the most horrible service experience I have had in London! A few of the cons included: the store is extremely Small which I know you can really complaint to much about , I came in and Had to wait 25mins for 2 acai bowls specials at £16! The women serving me had a horrible attitude and wasn't friendly at all. While she was adding the topping to my acai bowls I asked her for a little bit of chai seed she then rudely said u get the Normal portion that eveyone gets! I didn't know that was so much of an ask. To top it off I was asked to pay 20p when I asked for some honey after waiting 25 minutes and paying £16 for some bowls. The women that owns this store obviously isn't concerned about customer service. I wanted to try this acai place as I am a big fan and saw the great reviews on google but left in absolute shock at the horrible service I received. If you don't mine getting horrible service with your acai bowl then try this place out.
