Tv was collected on the 15th of February. Parts ordered on the 21st. Apparently parts delayed. No communication at all. Don't answer phone calls. Tv arrived back today 8th March. Taken out of the box to check for damage and a hand print pressed directly onto the screen. Not very professional given that the tv was sent to be repaired yet they can't handle it properly. I wonder if it was their on property would it be different. 

So it took you 4 days to diagnose a main board fault which should have been apparent 10mins after turning the tv on? You say deliveries had stopped for 3 days because of the snow. Did you have an LGV lorry delivering a main board? You where closed for 2days because you couldn't shovel 6inch of dust from a door. That shows anyone the lack of commitment to do a decent days work and will use any excuse not to be there. The warranty company gave you the go ahead 24 hours after the request was put in. Unbelievable that you would blame anyone else but yourselves. The only reason the warranty company phoned me was because I contacted them about the whole shambles and they stated that I should of had it back no later than the 1st. Well here's a new fault the backlight keeps flashing at around 30second intervals? What's your diagnoses for that? Given that the screen was 100% before you touched it. This isn't the first time I've used this company and once I was told it was you who would be carrying out the repair I knew it wasn't going to go well. But sure you've used every excuse to try and get out of it. Do you not want to add anything about the way my tv was handled? Or is lack of care just your thing? Pathetic.

We had to get a new T V because our old one was faulty. The insurance company do not use Vision Sales Direct to supply the new one but they gave us a loan of a TV to use over Christmas until our new one arrives. I cannot speak highly enough of Brian and his staff. Thanks guys for everything.

Needed a cooker ASAP was able to collect the model I wanted at a very competitive price. Service from the staff, second to none.
