Outstanding. Vision Healthcare is the best mental health facility I've come across in my 20 odd years experience of dealing with both the service users, and the clinical teams involved in my daughters ongoing care. The staff are without doubt some of the best, most caring, professional, approachable and hard working teams I have ever met, in my estimation they are all deserving of a 5 star review.

Best mental health unit I have ever stayed in. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Made the most progress here by far. Please bear in mind that some previous reviews may have been made by patients with mental health issues.

Money is more than care there, don’t expect a speedy recovery. If your discharge is going hinder their business plans then expect your discharge to be in the hands of the hospital director.

I agree with u Gerty, I have posted about this place myself a few times but the reviews always seem to mysteriously vanish from the internet. The place thrives on taunting the mentally ill. That is my own opinion and view of course. Why r there never positive reviews here and why do the negative ones get removed. It's a bit obvious really. Do or did u work here or live?
