Great experience at the Solihull branch of Vision Express. Was greeted almost instantly by multiple staff members and whilst waiting for the appointment with Simona I was asked if I’d been served by employees passing by. Once Simona was available she was fantastic. Incredibly helpful with every one of my queries. She helped me pick the right glasses for my face once I’d found ones I liked. The whole process with Simona was smooth and easy. Would not have been done as quickly if Simona wasn’t helping me.
I have been coming to Vision Express in Solihull for a number of years. My recent visit was for an eye test and contact lens check up. As usual I had excellent customer service from start to finish. I needed to choose some new frames and the staff that dealt with me couldn't have been more helpful or knowledgeable. A particular big thank you to Simona and Malaeka. Looking forward to collecting my new glasses!!
Stopped in to browse specs after having sight test elsewhere, however was let down by customer service. Entered store and was not acknowledged at all. I didn’t initially mind this and went ahead choosing my own frames. Was ready for the dispense but just wanted someone to go through costs as I also wanted thinning and reactions etc. by the 20 minute mark no one came over despite me making eye contact and waiting so ended up leaving. Completely understand if staff were busy with other customers as I also work in optics and know how it goes. But the lack of acknowledgment even to say “sorry someone will be with you soon” is in poor taste.
Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Despite being understaffed when I was there, they never rushed me or cut corners. I’ve been going to different opticians for decades, this has been the best so far.
I recently visited the store for eye test and contact lenses and I could not have been more pleased. Iqra Gaffoor was amazing solving my issues and anxiety's with contact lenses and glasses and putting me at ease. Also Shabana OA her help and support to choose new glasses and putting the order through, I can't thank her enough. I would total recommend both these ladies for their help and support, nothing is too much trouble for them and you can tell they truly want to help and support you to get the best experience from visiting the store. Welldone ladies you make the shop so very welcoming.
Great opticians. Really friendly service, especially Gaz who went above and beyond to help me out. Had a small issue with one of my orders not arriving - the solution was a quick 4 minute phone call to get it sorted out. Definitely recommend.
