Very happy with my new pair of glasses and the time it took to receive them. I have still not located my original pair and I was struggling. Thank you for the excellent service.
Took my elderly Mother for an eye test. Unfortunately it was school half term and therefore very busy. However, lots of staff on hand to assist, respectful and professional. All eye tests appear to be done on the floor below, down a flight of stairs. This maybe a problem for elderly customers and those with mobility issues- don’t remember seeing an elevator. I had to assist my Mother carefully down the stairs. The initial mini eye tests before being examined by the Optician, are done in small cubicles which are not private and within earshot of other customers waiting to be seen, hence the 4 star. Later the test itself with the Optician was in a private closed room, which was more comfortable. Jake, the Optician, was extremely knowledgeable and professional and a pleasure to meet. Identified that my Mother needed a cataract and made the hospital online. Excellent service!
Very pleased with my new glasses and prescription sun glasses. The staff at specsavers were very pleasant and helpful without being too pushy. A great experience.
Fabulous! Sorted my prescription out after going elsewhere & having wrong prescription. Full check, including scan allayed my fears that I was losing my sight. Thank you Aqib, Fiona, and the young lady upstairs who all helped me.

After having my eyes checked by a couple of different Opticians who said my eyesight was good. I finally had the problem resolved by Adam Rosenbloom, have had prisms fitted in my new glasses and can see so much better.
Visited the solihull branch today to get my glasses fixed in an emergency . I was amazed & so grateful at how helpful & accommodating the staff were . My glasses were fixed in an hour !!! Thank you so much for going the extra mile to help me , I cannt thank you enough !!
I had my glasses test at Leamington on Spa, but the new glasses were made up at Solihull, through convenience. Great glasses but 2 weeks before that were ready for collection, which was rather disappointing
Very poor service. First pair of school glasses ordered for my child. Given 3 different dates to collect. Visited store to find they weren’t there. Called again today. Still no glasses. Avoid !!
Found staff extremely rude. Saw a young girl bring in a gift bag and invited them to book a Christmas party. Lady behind the counter treated her so poorly. They should treat people the way they would like to be treated
