Great customer service as soon as you walk in the door.  Love that there is such a variety of hair products in inventory so if your stylist uses a product you like, it is likely they have it on hand. I've been seeing the same stylist, Brenda, for years. It doesn't get much better than my experience with her.

I went to Visage a' Visage for wedding hair and makeup this year and had a fantastic experience with Mikayla and Heather. I was alone without any bridesmaids or family by choice and it was very relaxing - just what I wanted prior to the ceremony. I mis-calculated how long makeup would take based on the trial, so just a warning to ask them or budget extra time in there to get your perfect look! Super pleased with the whole process.

Been a patron of this facility for years. Used all sorts of their services. This morning I had a body sugar scrub. Well, it was something like it. The girl was nice, but the actual service was a disaster. The scrub took maybe 10 minutes, the rest of the time was used to clean off the scrub from my body, with WET TOWELS! I think a shower is a more efficient solution, LOL. If you offer such a service, make sure you offer a way to clean it off without patron’s discomfort. Really disappointing! Not to mention they charged full price at the end, after saying/complaining about it! Word to the wise, you can do better!

From first arriving at Visage Visage for a spa day with my friend for a girls spa day, it was a disaster!   We were told to be there 15 minutes before our appointment time so we got there at 8:45.  We gave our names and was told to take a seat in waiting room. No one came to get us so I finally got up and asked and was told, “someone is coming ti get your friend; however, your person is stuck in traffic!”.  I waited till 9:30 then complained again.  Finally, someone else came to start me on process!  I felt like an inconvenience!!Till I got to my last stop, a pedicure, I never felt any better.  The pedicure wasn’t a good one and couldn’t even get  gel color!  They said they don’t do that!  After nails dried, they told me I could put my leather shoes on but no sock because might mess up polish.  I said “won’t the leather mess up my nails more than sock?”  They said “no”!  Guess what??  My nails were messed up!!very disappointing!!  Would not recommend this place!

I hosted a bachlorette party event at Visage. The staff was so kind to every member of the group, had a private room for us to set up drinks and snacks, and really went above and beyond  in making our experience incredible. Everyone raved about all of the different services. Could not recommend Visage enough!

Love coming and seeing Brenda for my monthly haircuts!! She’s awesome in her job!! I always Feel pampered and look fabulous when I leave!! I would highly recommend her!!

This place is so swanky! I felt truly pampered, and I always love when a business uses the charm of an old house to its advantage rather than gutting it to make it modern and gaudy. The staff were all kind and helpful, and I never felt lost or out of place, even though I don't do spa treatments often. It was such a decadent treat.

My wife and I went here for a couples massage and it was amazing. Super kind staff and a very nice decor enhance the experience, although the spa where we were massaged was in the basement. Overall I'd reccomend this place although as an important note they have parking in the rear of the building.

Went to see Sarah for a facial and she did an amazing job!!! So relaxing and my skin is looking amazing. Definitely will be coming back and would recommend her to anyone!

The place is fancy and has a Victorian look. The staff was courteous and hospitable. Now the Massage Therapist was so good. He hit every pressure point with just the right pressure!!!
