Absolutely apalling. The equipment (per to my visit) is filthy, covered in hair and goodness knows what. The man doing my hair was rough, unprofessional. He did not listen to what I wanted my hair to be like, as he cut it far too short! I did not say anything as it was already too late. They appeared to be rushing, and did not care about their work at all. I will not be returning.
