Virtual Commercial offers a fantastic cost-effective solution for anyone wanting to market their commercial property online themselves. Their product provides a breath of fresh air to the traditional agency market. We regularly use Virtual Commercial to market our available stock and have found their fixed fee solution has paid dividends on almost every occasions. Our properties have been listed on every major property portal and this provides us with the same (if not greater) market exposure that any major traditional commercial property agent would be able to offer. The platform is very easy to use and personal help has always been available when requested. The team have a breadth of experience in all types of commercial property and have always offered sound advice, especially with the negotiations. If you are considering using their platform I would highly recommend you give it a go.

I opted for Virtual Commercial as I work long hours and required an agent that I could liaise with out of office hours easily. Offers on our premises had become stagnant so we selected the V.C. Marketing pack and advertising board. My first impression was their online hub/portal was a very innovative and effective means for me to stay in touch with, sift and contact interested applicants. The team at V.C. made this liaison straightforward for me and were always available to lend their guidance, reference negotiate & arrange viewings with tenants and source the best legal reps on our behalf. Laurence and Andrew truly went beyond their remit with the highest standards of professional assistance .We are grateful we appointed them as we recently finalised an agreement to let the property.

A truly superb service, giving my property more exposure and coverage than I could do myself. Guaranteed I would have to pay a fortune to a commercial agent for the same level of exposure and not dissimilar service. The VC Team were always on hand to help. Providing personal assistance where required to make sure everything from, but not limited to, preparing marketing particulars, managing enquiries to streamlining proposals from perspective occupiers. They even have examples of documents one may need which I found extremely helpful and informative (probably saving me money and headaches down the line). Exceptional service from an exceptional team. I do not hesitate one iota in giving a 6 star recommendation. I can certainly say with confidence, I will be looking no further in future. Keep it up VC!!

Super service. Within 14 days they found me the office tenants I was seeking. I even now have a waiting list!
