Never written a review before but was compelled to by the terrible service and attitude of this agency. I've lived in plenty of rented places all over  and this is by far the worst I've ever dealt with.

Abaco Estates are a professional company that I have had many years of dealing with.
They specialize in letting unlike estate agents.
I would recommend Abaco Estates every time due to the quality of service they give.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Abaco are unethical and have the worst service throughout the tenancy, their staff are rude and once they have your payment don't expect any form of service, manners or action. The check out process is deliberately complex, slow to return payment and there are many hidden costs you need to watch out for. Do not trust this organisation with your money or your business.
