Not had a bad experience with this takeaway yet. The best meal for me is the tower burger meal. Chicken fillet. Beef burger. Cheese. Hash browns extra spicy is a wow wow wow amazing sensation in the mouth. Spiciest burger in town! One bite and I'm in hiccupville. But I can't get enough of it!
Just got home with food from here and wow has it gone downhill. I'm a lifelong loyal Virginia customer but the chicken burger tasted nasty and the fries were not even cooked. Last time for me, been going downhill last year or so.
Ordered food and came to collect it and took home a spicy chicken burger. Opened the burger and it smelt of raw chicken and so I tried calling for 30 minutes straight but they are busy so not their fault but drove 4 miles back up to the shop and asked the member of staff at the counter to smell the chicken and he point blanked refused to acknowledge the smell he took one sniff and he said “this is fine brother nothing wrong with it” when I got 4 members of my family to smell the burger and they all said it’s smelt like raw chicken. Hygiene is a big question mark here but if he just acknowledged that the chicken smelt then I have no concerns as they are trying to fix the issues in my eyes but to blatantly ignore the smell and make it out like the raw smell was okay is what really frustrated me, in the end I just had to walk out as I have lost trust in the takeaway which is a shame as I used to come here multiple times a week. Money waste, time and food wasted. AVOID.
Wouldn't even get 1 star if I had the choice! Ordered at 630 pm... 830pm still no food. Rung to see where it was to be greeted with nothing other than "nothing I can do cancel your order or come and pick it up". Shocking! So waiting 2hrs for food and now have to wait 3-5working days for our money to be reimbursed. Not a single apology or attempt to rectify THEIR problem in sight! Will never order again, which is a shame because the food is always spot on! Very disappointed!
I Ordered 20 chicken wings It was so Salty I threw it all in the bin They need to taste before they sell their product. People will feel ill if they eat this chicken wings. The management really needs to look into thisFood: 1/5
I gave this a 1 star review because these days the food is very expensive and you hardly dont feel like to order anything since you cant afford it. The food was worse as anything. The chicken in the rap was cold and it wasnt well grilled and it was flavorless. They gave the wings but it turned out to be bony chicken and the chicken had a raw smell and a bad taste. They hardly gave any wings they gave us 5 and 2 of them were just small amounts of chicken and the rest of it was bones
Food wasn't like before, the burger bun they gave me seemed like it was over microwaved. I ate inside. Should have stayed with Georgia for their spicy burgers
Foods good. Prices bit to high for the area. But overall good and fast service.
The extra spicy hot sauce with a chicken burger is delicious. Food can sometimes be a little cold when ordering for delivery and chips hard due to this but this place has always been nice and they always deliver and provide quality service.
Disgusting cold chips.. probably yesterday.. I asked for spicey . Gave me normal.. There's plenty of chicken shops. In Oldham .. don't waste your money here.. surprised some are given this nasty place 5 stars
