So, I ordered from Dragon Palace Chinese Takeaway on Union Street around 7pm. Food was late, and cold. What was absolutely shocking to me was the behaviour of the delivery man. As the food was finally delivered, my boyfriend's sister and mother pulled up outside. They appreciated a slight wait, but asked him politely to move as soon as possible as they had a very sleepy 6 week old baby in the car. A fair request. The driver, however, deemed his phone conversation far more important, and stayed where he was in the middle of the road to carry on his phone conversation. This prompted my boyfriend's sister to go over and insist once more, to which he retorted he would "slap her". He called her a 'slag' and proceeded to intimidate her, all because she wanted to gain access to HER OWN HOME. I find this absolutely revolting, and thought it was something others in the area might want to be made aware of before ordering from/eating there in future.

Let me repeat that: the driver intimidated and threatened a young mum, holding her 6 week old baby, just for trying to gain access to her OWN HOME. Vile customer service.

Beautiful food. Shredded crisp chicken in chilli sauce soo yummy. Fabulous spring rolls. Nice staff.

Always a great delivery time great food i have been ordering from this place for a long time.. every time my sister comes to visit me and my mum have both had great service from them  if your extra nice sometimes they give you complemetry spring rolls
I would deffinately reccomend
 the bean curd in satay sauce
The vinnecilli noodles (dont know how to spell it 😂) 
the special chow mein
The king prawn chow mein 
And the delicious vegetable dumplings which are great if your a bit pecish sometimes we save them for later but we end up snacking on  them in the middle of the night because they are great cold or hot
Never had a bad experience with this place and have been ordering from here for a very long time
I would deffinately reccomend this place it is our number one choice when we are thinking about ordering a chinese

NOT even worth he 1*. Food is cold & dry. Customer service is shocking. Not interested that the food was inedible. Luckily we went through Just Rat who dealt with us but anyone paying cash directly to them they won't be interested in any complaints. Would highly recommend you shop somewhere else and save your money!!!

Food turned up late and cold. Customer service is rubbish and were not interested in my complaint. Would defiantly not be using this place again.
