My order was delivered to a wrong address which while its not vip bottles fault was still up to them to resolve. They asked me to go to through paypal for a refund, then provided proof of postage and I lost the case. Paypal advised me to go to the police and that they would help with investigation. I called them vip bottles and we spoke. They refunded my money. It was clear the UK mail delivery driver wasn't anywhere near me when the gps recorded "my signature" being taken. It was UK mails fault, and somewhat poor handling of my problem which a month later was resolved. Not great experience. I was going to be a regular had it all gone well because they have a great selection.

We were looking for something a bit different for our engagement party so we decided to look for alcohol online. VIP Bottles selection caught our eye because it has a great selection of unusual brands and bottle designs that we haven't seen in the shops. We ordered the Zing Vodka because it has an LED light in the base so the bottle actually lights up which is pretty cool and looks awesome! The Patron tequila was definitely another of my favourite purchases, the bottles look very cute and the flavours are gorgeous especially the cafe one! My OH loved the Firestarter Vodka bottle, it certainly got quite a lot of attention from our guests too! Of course it wouldn't be a celebration without a bit of Moet Champagne and I was pleasantly surprised by the Rosé version which I'll definitely be buying again. Overall a great selection of unusual alcohol, easy to order from them and the next day delivery was problem-free. Highly recommended company.
