Omg where do I start… AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. From my very first phone call I knew I made the right choice choosing vintage violet florist. David knew exactly what I wanted even when I didn’t know myself I didn’t see my flowers before the day and when he arrived to my house I honestly couldn’t believe how stunning they were and how right he got it. All of the guests are still talking about how stunning and unique the flowers were. And our arch was just wow.. David set up our flowers and after the ceremony moved them to our venue and set them up in the ball room. can’t thank you enough for giving us the most beautiful flowers and being a delight to deal with.
David was a pleasure to work with and I really trusted him with our special day. David knew exactly what we wanted and really exceeded my expectations on the day. He was always only a phone call away and always took the time to talk to me. We received so many compliments on our wedding flowers, particularly the beautiful floral entrance arch he created at the church. Thank you so much, Rachel & James
I had booked Vintage Violet Florist a few year ago and had to wait longer due to covid postponements. Coming up to my date 25/07/22 I was frequently in touch with David and he had a consultation with me in regards to what I was after. I didn’t give him much instruction only the colours that I wanted and he made such beautiful arrangements. A week before the wedding, I decided I wanted some cake flowers and when I messaged him, this was not a bother to him he didn’t even charge me for these too. On the evening before my wedding, David let me know what time he would drop the flowers off and he even was early! We absolutely loved everything about them! David then stayed at the chapel which he wasn’t going to due to windy conditions and we couldn’t get the pedalstalls outside. When I was going into the ceremony, David helped fix my dress and veil while also taking some beautiful photos and videos of my dad and I walking into the chapel. These are memories to last a lifetime! I can highly recommend David and his work to any bride! Thank you so much for bringing my vision to life ! Megan x

David, you were a pleasure to work with in the lead up to our wedding. Nothing was a problem and you were always just a call away which was reassuring. You took my vision, worked your magic and created the most beautiful floral arrangements for inside our chapel and venue. The entrance arch was spectacular amd was everything I had imagined for what is a beautiful setting at St Michael's. As were all the bouquets which received so many compliments from our guests. Your attention to detail in the lead up, during preparation, setup and whilst at my home and assisting the men with their buttonholes was so appreciated. Recreating a table close to the cake table to help us remember my daddy was a lovely touch and surprise for us. Myself and Stuarty will both be highly recommending you to our family and friends in the future and wish you every success as you continue with the busy wedding season. We were so happy with all of our flowers on our wedding day. They were absolutely stunning as soon as I stepped out of the car I was blown away by the flower pillars. The church building just looked amazing! The bridal party and myself loved our bouquets and the flowers at Castle Leslie were unreal. David was very easy to work with and nothing was ever too much trouble. He even helped fix the train on my dress before I walked down the aisle! Would highly recommend vintage violet!
Amazing in every sense of the word! I went with Vintage Violet for my wedding flowers and I am SO THRILLED I did. I was just stunned at the beauty of the arrangements and how perfect they were on the day. David and his team went above and beyond to make the planning process seamless and suggested many ways to repurpose flowers from church to reception venue. From the floral arch to buttonholes, each arrangement was picture perfect! So many compliments about them. I would not hesitate to book this AMAZING team, words can’t do them justice! 10/10.
What can I say....there is not enough praise in the world that would accurately reflect how wonderful it was to work with David on our wedding day, and the lead up to it. David was kind, helpful, friendly & informative. He helped us plan various aspects of our day. Nothing was too much trouble, and he helped make great suggestions. On the morning of the wedding, David was so helpful, friendly and calm, and helpfully dressed all the button holes onto the boys suits! The flowers were out of this world - for everything I thought I would want, David delivered more. The flowers were stunning; both the church and the marquee smelled incredible, the flowers were plentiful and beyond stunning. David went above and beyond, and we could not recommend him more
