I always find the staff here very helpful but on my most recent visit here this was especially true. In particular I found that John and Jennifer went out of their way to be helpful. Excellent customer service!

Great layout and plenty of selection but you'll pay handsomely for just about everything. Seems to be priced much higher than convenience stores. For instance a box of milk tray is priced £8 here. I've looked in loads of shops since visiting and they tend to sell for £3.79 - £4.00. I felt robbed having purchased two boxes for £16.

A great place to shop I love coming here when im in Markethill good variety of goods, the flowers and garden lights are lovely, the hot food bar is ok just not a lot of variety, mash potato is lovely but for some reason they never have any gravy to go with it. That's why only 4 stars they could improve their hot food bar a lot.

Found the two members of staff I was dealing with totally different, one was so friendly the other was rude and unfortunately the rude one brought my opinion to a negative opinion.

I have always shopped in this store as it's my local. I find myself doing my grocery shopping online now. The shop has changed so much.  It's not as friendly as it once was since the new owners took over a few years back. Even the girls I'd worked with were not happy with the changes. It is still a clean tidy store though and has a good variety of food although maybe not as big a variety of utilities ie; plugs, screws, batteries, etc.

Spacious, clean, friendly staff, good variety, parking first class. Good to support a local independent trader, will be back

Excellent shop it has absolutely everything. It's the best independent shop in the country, friendly staff clean and tidy excellent.

Bad experience at ice cream counter with young assistant, but after speaking to manager/supervisor Donna - problem resolved. Was a 1 star review, but now edited to 3 star. Ice cream price and quantity given was 1star hollow scoop, but the way Donna handled things 5 star! Donna has also promised further training so this never happens to a customer again.

Wonderful independent supermarket. Loads of local produce and all the main brands at great prices. One of the nicest delis I have ever seen! super fresh and a great selection of hot deli food and cold sandwich/salad fillings. Huge butchers counter too. Very friendly staff!

So convenient everyone treats you as family
