What a gem, we ended up here last week on a Fri night, what a cute independent boutique place. Had a quick chat to the owners, will definitely return. Good selection of wine, and nibbles. ‘That one, no that one- this is definitely the one’
I adore this local gem. A small boutique place that does a good selection of mainstream and more interesting wines and other drinks to enjoy at home. It also has a short selection of wines if you want a glass and a snack on site. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and have helped me to discover some lovely wines. It has become my favourite wine shop, replacing Naked Wines and Majestic as my go to.
This is such a gem - it's not the closest wine bar option for me but I'll go out of my way to come here because it's quite frankly brilliant. Owned and run by incredibly knowledgeable people - it's a real find and worth a visit even if you're not close by.
Picked an outstanding cremant for me - probably the best sparkling wine I’ve ever had - and at a great price of £18.50. Friendly chap who was happy to help and clearly passionate about wine. Thanks again!
Great local wine bar in Acton. Real hidden gem
Super-friendly local wine store with a diverse range of small producer and minimal intervention bottles. Four wines en vrac offer an affordable and sustainable option. Prices are reasonable, focused between £10 & £15. Options to have glasses of wine on the tables outside, or to open a bottle for £10. A great find!
Fantastic time this evening with brilliant wine and cheese. Even given some great free tasting of Rum and Port. Big shout out to Stacey for the great wine recommendations and friendly conversations throughout the night!
One of the best wine shops in London. Full stop. Excellent staff and excellent selection of wines. Easy to find great wines at affordable prices
I was so excited to get a special bottle for a birthday from this place. Such a shame the lady had no idea about the wines in the shop and was not helpful at all. In fact she wanted me to leave as she opened the door for 'fresh air' as she also told me to socially distance myself from her as she leaned towards the wall when I tried to show her a picture of the wine I saw online. Made me feel super uncomfortable and sad for her. Why work in a wine shop when you have no customer skills and any knowledge about wines? Didn't ask her whats the difference between bio dynamic and organic wines simply wanted to know what she would recommend for a birthday celebration. Her answer just made me confirm that she wanted me to leave. Really shockingly awful experience. Wont be back and will not recommend.
So nice to have this shop in the neighbourhood when you want to get a nice, well-chosen and special bottle of wine as well as a chat from a knowledgeable person! The wine was great and not more expensive than average supermarket ok wine.
