Took 2 hours to receive my food. Everything except from the rogan josh was cold. Was also lied to twice about where my order was. Rogan josh smelt like sewage and tasted revolting. Also didn't receive my rice, received a mushroom dish Absolutely terrible customer service. Terrible food. when I tried to phone to speak to someone about the state of my food, they were not picking up and the line was constantly bothered. Money wasted. Absolutely disgusted with this restaurant. Will never go back and advise others to avoid like the plague. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Vindaloo has become our regular Indian takeaway. We have ordered from them several times now, and the food is superb I personally recommend Tandoori mixed grill and Chicken Tikka Biryani. The poppadoms look always fresh and I don't want any other mango chutney. We only had an issue once when they lost our Just Eat order and we had to ring them after 30 minutes and make the order again. The manager, I think, apologised and took our order again over the phone and took not long to come.
Excellent chefs will cook what you ask for. So if you like a really hot madras or vindaloo you will get it. The chicken tastes like real chicken not rubber. The lamb is succulent .....to die for. Easily the best takeaway around.
!!AVOID AVOID AVOID!! !!ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE!! Ordered our food at 7.15pm via justeat, it was confirmed almost immediately by the restaurant with a estimated delivery time of 8.05. It didn't arrive on time but because its new year's eve we allowed extra time. Called them at 8.45pm to be told I would get a call back with progress of my order. Tried calling several times from 9pm after no call back to be told it will be 20 minutes. Tried calling numerous times again at 9.30pm and finally got through at 9.40pm but the person just put the phone down on me when I asked where our food is. Im absolutely appalled as we have ordered from here many times before and would never have expected this terrible customer service. Won't be ordering from them again.
I don’t normally leave reviews but shoutout to this restaurant for helping us label the boxes upon request. Food arrived quickly and was also hot so I’m having difficulty understanding the other negative reviews that are left here.
First time order on fri pleasent staff and the food was of a very high quality. Ordered a lamb vindaloo sag aloo and other stuff. Lamb was tender and tasty really good sag aloo. Will be using regularly.
I ordered from here last night and asked for a Chicken tikka Madras , but to my horror eneded up with Chicken Tikka Marsala year right not a lot of difference ah.
Didn't turn up, called after 20mins late, told 2/3mins then 20mins later to be told it had been delivered! Guy on the phone argued it had been delivered was clearly lying and just kept repeating himself. Awful don't bother
Great tasty food and very good customer service! Really enjoyed my time with my family there. I Would highly recommend others to try.
5 star, always nice, fast delivery, extra side! will return and recommend.
