Bought some flowers as my sister got a promotion at work. Flowers were beautiful but after bringing them home, a few days later..... we noticed a caterpillar on the flowers and it left droppings and eggs all over the flowers. The flowers were ruined! Upon contacting the store they failed to believe that the caterpillar left with the flowers from their shop and claimed it could possibly have been a large moth or butterfly that flew the caterpillar onto the flowers. I laughed at the claim that a large moth could carry a caterpillar of that size and fly it onto my flowers in my house! The florist serving me remembered serving me at the time of purchase and claimed she checked the flowers prior to sale and was certain that they had no insects on the flowers prior to leaving the shop? I was in the shop for 5mins when they made the initial bouquet in front of me, unless she spent hours checking every leaf, petal and stem on that bunch of flowers..... I do not understand how she can 100% claim that she checked it properly and is certain it did not leave the shop with any insects? Upon showing them pictures and being persistent. They eventually agreed to giving me flowers in exchange which were of half the value of the flowers I first bought...... and quite frankly the replacement looked crap. After much time being wasted the lady eventually agreed upon giving me a £25 bouquet of flowers in replacement for the £30 bunch I initially bought. I have been using this florists for a number of years..... and have been highly recommending this florists to others too. But after the poor level of service received today..... I highly doubt I will be back again.

Ordered flowers on a saturday afternoon and still got same day delivery when i rang them up. Turned up within an hour and friendly service and nice flowers. Would recommend.
