Everyone at Village Estates has always been so helpful. They have managed my rental property to such a high standard for over 2 years. Always professional yet friendly and approachable. Any questions I have they are always happy to help with and their advice has been invaluable. I would recommend Village Estates to anyone...The personal service they provide is second to none!!
Over the last few weeks have posted several derogatory comments about Village Estates and I would like to withdraw all of these. My life has been very difficult recently and the medication I have been taking has clouded my judgment and resulted in me indulging in irrational behaviour, inexcusable. My apologies to Paul Bean for any damage caused and for taking the time to discuss my problems with me, a thoroughly nice gentleman.
This is the worst agent I have had to deal with. I made an offer on a property which they were selling 10 Bellhouse Lane They never come back to me with any answer whether my offer was accepted or not. I made several follow up calls and each time they promised to come back to me with an answer. One of they called Paul asked me to send him proof of fund and identification which I did. He emailed me to confirm receipt and promised to get back to me with answer to my offer. He never did. I was shocked to learn that they accepted an offer from another person a week after my offer. I believe that my offer was never presented to the Vendor. They undercut the Vendor by their shady deal . They are a bunch of cowboys estate agent. No professionalism.
Enquired about viewing a rental property and was advised they would be back in touch with me after speaking to current tenants on when would be a good time and date for them... A few days later I rang them after hearing nothing... The woman was rude, unhelpful and just said they would be in touch with me could tell she just wanted me off the phone!... Another week later and still nothing so I gave it one last shot, and sent email for it to just be totally ignored!! Feel sorry for any landlords dealing with them as they aren't even bothering with viewings!! The house was well within our price range and we've no pets... absolutely useless staff.
Possibly the most unprofessional estate agents I have ever had to deal with. Constant excuses made as to why none of their agents can do their jobs right. I urge please do not use these people. They have no idea what they are doing. They are rude and incompetent and when you ask questions to which they don't know the answer too they will just out the phone down on you. Having had a few viewings with them I realised that when the estate agent turned up knowing NOTHING about the properties she was showing us around not even the asking price the Village estates are amateurs at the property game. Constant excuses and even blaming each other and obviously no staff training ever happens at the clowne branch. Honestly, they are a joke!!! Please do not use them.
