We highly recommend New Oak Estates as an estate agents. They were there to help and support us throughout our entire journey. Paul and Sharon are fantastic at what they do, extremely professional and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and they were only ever a phone call away. Sharon is worth her weight in gold and was labeled our very own property Guru, full of wisdom and expertise! I will miss our daily chats and updates. Highly recommend New Oak Estates. We didn't use them for our sale but had signed with a big name high street agent originally, only to be messed around. I contacted New Oak for some advice, over the phone they were lovely - the advice given was brilliant and they did come around for another valuation. Unfortunately we are tied in with the estate agent we've chosen - our house has now sold but I do believe without some of the advice we had from New Oak we wouldn't have sold at all. They didn't have to do what they did but they really did help us out! Should we sell again, I would use these guys. Thanks!
