Enjoying good food and wine are two of life's great pleasures…we are inspired by Mediterranean food, source our ingredients as locally as possible & enjoy the tradition of family meals around the kitchen table. We welcome walking boots, beach gear, the smartest attire & anything in between…it's all about the food, friends, family & time spent eating together.

The restaurant is set in a grade II listed building on the impressive Segontium Terrace overlooking Caernarfon Castle and the harbour full of boats. Once owned by a wealthy ship's captain during the heyday of the booming slate trade of the last two centuries, Villa Marina combines rustic charm with Georgian architecture & a dash of shabby chic vintage decor.

All our food is made with the season's freshest ingredients & cooked from scratch by our chefs every day. Villa Marina is a family run restaurant with it's own individual style, which makes for a unique & friendly dining experience.

Nice location close to the square. Decent parking close by. Had a nice welcome and got seated quickly. Had a table on the ground floor close by the log burner....with a fabulous view over the castle and boat moorings. Food was well presented and extremely tasty. Thoroughly enjoyed my meal.

The starter was really nice. When it came ti the mains my pizza was missing anchovies. My brothers pizza had a hair in it. The rissotto rice looked more like paella rice. Some improvements needed .

Sirloin strips starter way too hot and also the selleriac was too spicy in the main meal. Also the cold light led upstairs left a chilly feeling. Perhaps a warm led light would be better. Not much to commend this time.

Had a nice dinner. Good food, fast servings, but very noisy.

Service not great. Food was ok although my brother found a hair in his pizza and there wasn't many non meat options.
