Vida is not my closest Gym (not by a long way) and having to navigate the A420/A34 either early in the morning or late in the afternoon is a bit of a pain but it is more than worth it. I've been a member of different gyms in the past and Vida is by far the best I've experienced. 

The staff are all friendly, especially the personal trainers with whom I am currently undergoing a program with, there is a big variety of different equipment, all the machines are in good condition and there are enough of them to go around; even when it's busy. 

The atmosphere is positive and friendly and from what I've seen the membership base is very diverse - tall, short, big, small, old, young, male, female.

I was apprehensive at first whether or not it would be worth joining, given that engaging in a PT program is a bit of a stretch for me financially and also considering the travel time to get to and from Vida but I am very glad I did and will remain a member there for the foreseeable future. I'm enjoying it immensely and seeing positive results.

Vida is different from every other gym because of the people that work there. I joined 6 weeks ago after speaking to one of the Personal Trainers about the commitment they make to helping each member progress towards their goals.

Given that I hadn't stepped foot inside a gym in the last 5 years and biscuits and chocolate had become a staple on every shopping list, I decided to explore a PT Programme.

Results: 
The obvious result is the 8 lb I've lost in 6 weeks, but that's not why I want to keep coming back, it's because of the team at Vida that have helped me to reach my goals.

With so many gyms to choose from these days, I'm glad I've found one that means I'm not just another body through the door, I've been coached to push myself, develop my form, my mindset, my strength and because of they way Vida works, I've achieved so much more than I thought I could in the timeframe.

I live 40 minutes away and it pretty much costs me a fiver everytime I go, and I drive past 8 gyms to get there, if you're an exercise fanatic or you just want to get back into shape, I'd certainly recommend enquiring with Vida.
