Avoid this company. The car they advertise is different from what they send. They take only pictures of the car when perfect they will not show pictures showing the true nature of faults with the car. Car looked perfect in the picture arrived and there was white paint all over it, there was white paints and marks all around the door and all over the back, wiper rusted so much that it looked like about to fall off, the car paints already came off from the right side at the back and also there was a cut in the passenger front seat. Company deducted £200 from my money for a car I never used. These guys are scammers.... They will say anything to make yiu buy but then they will not provide the car in the same condition advertise on their website and will deduct from your money. Ridiculous customer service I will report them to trading standards
Outstanding customer services. Friendly and very easy to talk to. My purchase of a vehicle was very straight forward. My car is a dream . I love it. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. 6 months warranty . Break down recovery for 12 months. not that I’m expecting my car to break down They went above and beyond for us! Thank you
Well what can I say but what a fantastic experience and part exchange with Alex and Julia, everything run smoothly and got the car I wanted. Alex was great to talk in the phone regarding the exchange and Julia for sorting all the paperwork out. I appreciate Alex also for dropping my new car off as well, he actually went out of his way to fulfill my exchange. I would absolutely recommend K and A for any vehicle you want as they so everything so smoothly. Thank you once again Alex and Julia for all your help sorting my exchange out.
Alex was very helpful and informative over cars for my partner. Can't fault the service and attention to details as we went through the sales process. By far the best sales experience I have had while purchasing a car, listening to customer needs over pushing a sale.
Avoid at all costs! The epitome of shoddy car salesmen! They will sell you a dud car and then refuse to help! Alex is a complete crook and running a business of scamming people! There are plenty of decent businesses out there, so avoid this one if you can at all costs, you’ve been warned! You’ll regret it & be thousands out of pocket!
Very good experience, nice and friendly, professional, warranty and of course excellent car BMW 740i And when I walked into the yard I could see that all cars present there were hand-picked, it made me be more confident! Definitely recommend!
So first of all I would avoid this company at all costs, was looking to purchase a smart car for my elderly mum and I put a refundable 100 pound holding fee my mum changed her mind as she decided to go for a different vehicle and when I called up to let them know he asked how much I had put down so I could obviously be refunded he sounded very upset even tho I had explained my mum had changed her mind as want comfortable in the end with the car, I waited a couple of days no refund and then called again for him to be very rude said he wished he had charged me 2,000 pounds and wouldn’t be getting it back, I repeat this was for my elderly mum and I think its absolutely appalling and will be taking it further, I have had experiences in the past with other dealers and it’s never been a problem to get a refund like they state at the beginning!
I love my new car. It is exactly want I wanted and needed. They have listened to all my enquiries and I am very happy with the service I have received. Very welcoming and kind, they truly value their customers. Thank you so much, I will recommend you to everyone I know!

The car was exactly as advertised, Alex and Julia were happy to answer all my questions. It was worth the drive and I am very happy with my new car. On a personal level, they were super kind and welcoming to my son who joined me on the search for a car! Highly recommend!
