Still waiting for my car.nI have taxed, paid for insurance and have a financial agreement live on the vehicle. The car is legally mine! It has been 3 weeks and I have been given multiple delivery dates. Yesterday I waited in as I was told it would definitely be coming between 11-1pm but it didn’t show again. They don’t reply to any form of contactnMessages, emails and they ignore phone calls.nI have called on my phone and they have not answered or cut the call but then called back on another phone straight away and they answer.nWhen I finally managed to get an answer yesterday I was told the car had been collected by the delivery company and was on its way when the truck broke down but they had sent another truck and it would be with me shortly.nObviously entirely untrue.nAlso when buying the vehicle the advert stated it was all in good working order but they then said it had a gear box issue and then a clutch issue so the ad was completely misleading.nI now have no idea where my car is.nAnd no way of contacting them because all 6 numbers I have access to are being ignored.nThis company are a complete joke.nI’ve seen another review on here almost exactly the same as my situation so this obviously happens a lot with this company.nDon’t waste your time
Awful dealership PLEASE avoid, sold me a faulty car and after hours being picked up it’s back on sale! Please avoid buying the ford focus reg “DN” After weeks and weeks of dealing with the finance company luckily we have consumer rights they managed to help me with sending the car back i tried to come to an agreement with the dealership for repair, however i lost trust when the car went in for repair first time the EML light came on.nApparently it was fixed o asked for paperwork nothing ! Apparently was waiting for garage to release paperwork couldn’t tell me what was done. Because NOTHING was done the car didn’t not move as i have proof from millage. Result light cane back on! nothing was done! It has been quoted by 2 garage that the repair is just over £1500. Catalytic Converter and wheel bearing. Please avoid. As they take no responsibility and don’t care about customer loyalty it’s all about money!
Bad dealership. Brought a car around a year ago. They told me it had no modifications on it , only to find out it had a stage 1 remap on it. They told me they would clean the car and put new tyres on, they didn’t do any of that. Only on the day when we were in the office they quickly cleaned it. Just after the 3 month warranty ran out, the car engine blew up on the motorway. The car is nice but it does not run nicely and I feel like I was sold something wrongfully that they knew there was problems with but they didn’t tell me. Overall bit of a dogdy dealership and awful communication. The staff were nice and pleasant. But overall not good
Disgusting . Sold me a car what was dodgey could of killed me and my family. Didnt do there safety checks. Sent to be fixed 3 weeks later not fixed. Useless at replying and dont update you. Company from hell stay away from this place.
Absolutely awful dealership - would never recommend. Bought a black Audi A1 from them a year ago and have just found out significant amount of damage and patch-work has been done to the bodywork and bumper to hide original damage. Sold it to me with illegal blacked out windows and completely took advantage of buyer being a young female. Highly unresponsive and completely unprofessional.
